The Adecco Group announced that it has appointed Frederique Plasson as COO of Adecco France.

Previously, she was General Director of Group Employment and Training Solutions for the Adecco Group in France, based in Lyon.

As a member of the management committee, she will continue to report directly to Christophe Catoir, President France and Northern Europe, The Adecco Group. As part of her new role, Plasson takes responsibility for the operations of Adecco France.

Plasson joined the Adecco Group in April 2018 as General Director of Employment and Training Solutions. In this role she successfully piloted the deployment of innovative systems to support the transformation of skills and the development of forms of responsible flexible work (such as CDIs, Contract Duration Indeterminée) and work-study students.

Specialising in permanent and temporary recruitment, Adecco France covers all forms of employment: CDI, temporary CDI, CDD, work-study and temporary work. The company has 4,000 permanent employees and employs 127,000 temporary workers every week in 41,000 client companies. In more than five years, Adecco France has also recruited more than 33,000 employees on temporary contracts.
