One-third of European workers expect to quit their jobs in the next three to six months, according to data from McKinsey. The data is based on a survey of more than 16,000 workers in nine European countries. The top three reasons Europeans cite for wanting to leave their jobs are inadequate compensation, lack of career development and advancement and uncaring and uninspiring leaders.
