Europe – Devonshire rebrands to Devire, announces further expansion

06 June 2017

Devonshire, a recruitment agency specialising in IT contracting and freelance recruitment services and located in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, has announced that it will rebrand to Devire with immediate effect.

Last year, the German and Polish assets of the company were purchased by venture capital funded Devonshire Investment Group and then subsequently merged with VLOG, a Polish IT Contracting company, as well as CERN, an engineering permanent staffing firm.

The company also stated that within the next three years it is expecting to generate PLN 70 million (€16.7 million) in income, increase employment to 150 staff members and open up at least 4 new offices in Central and Eastern Europe. They are also focused on implementing a new management method.

“Our new, shortened name reflects the changes within the company and our current aims,” Michał Młynarczyk, DevireCEO, said. “Firstly, we want to become a respective business partner, both for the candidates and the clients. Secondly, we aim to stay flexible and create new opportunities for everyone involved in the recruitment stages. Finally, we would like to speed up the recruitment process itself. That is why, we will simplify and automate recruitment procedures by using new technologies, innovative solutions and online marketing.”

The company was established in 2001 with offices in Poland and Germany. It outsources 350 office employees working directly with the clients and 50 IT contract workers.
