Bullhorn, a global provider of customer relationship management software for the staffing and recruiting industries, announced that it has acquired Netherlands-headquartered recruitment software provider Connexys.

Bullhorn stated that Connexys will help accelerate its ongoing investment in Europe, and Connexys’s founders will join Bullhorn’s EMEA leadership team. Terms of the transaction will not be disclosed.

Connexys’s flagship product offering is an applicant tracking system built on the Salesforce platform (a cloud-computing company) and it claims that its solutions are currently used by 300 customers and 20,000 recruitment professionals across the Netherlands, Germany, France, and Belgium. Alongside its own platform, Bullhorn will market and sell Connexys’s existing solutions, including the Salesforce offering, in the European market. Bullhorn will also leverage the acquisition to expand investment in development of the Bullhorn platform.
