Employees under 30 are happier than older workers with their employment, according to a study from Danish job portal Jobindex.

The study showed that employees under 30 years of age give a four star average rating to their workplace compared to workers over 50 who give their workplace an average of less than three stars.

Jobindex’s study used a new tool for their study which allowed current and former employees to give grades to their workplaces.
