French staffing firm DLSI SA (ALDLS: PAR), announced today the acquisition of companies ML Intérim and Prestim, both based in France.

Financial details were not disclosed.

According to DLSI, through the provision of temporary, fixed-term and permanent candidates, ML Intérim and Prestim know how to demonstrate versatility to meet all recruitment needs, allowing them to support companies in numerous sectors including industry, logistics and medical.

ML Intérim is based in Colmar in the Alsace region of France. Founded in 1994, ML Intérim specializes in temporary, fixed-term and permanent recruitment. The group offers jobs in various sectors of activity including in the industrial, pharmaceutical industry, health, tertiary sector, and construction.

Meanwhile, Prestim operates in Saint-Avold and Sarreguemines in the northeastern Grand Est region in France.  DLSI said the deal constitutes an opportunity to establish its positioning in the Grand Est region

 DLSI Group said it already has a strong presence in the Grand Est.
