Castilla Group, a Spain-based HR solutions and software firm, announced it has acquired Oniria Consulting, also based in Spain.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Oniria Consulting focuses on executive search, selection and headhunting, as well as learning and training and strategic consulting in people management.

Based in Pamplona, Oniria has a portfolio of more than 100 clients and a forecast closing turnover of €1.5 million for this year. 

As a result of the transaction, Castilla announced the creation of a new business line specific to talent management called Talent Services.

“This new team, together with technology professionals, will allow Grupo Castilla to offer a comprehensive people management service to its clients, with a 360 degree approach unique in the market,” the company stated.

Josean Ascarza, CEO of Oniria, said, “It is an exciting challenge for me to lead this new business area at Grupo Castilla, and thanks to the combination of the teams of both companies we will be able to achieve the group's objectives in Talent Services. Objectives that aim to reach €8 million, and consolidating the business line.”

Castilla has new operations planned in the HR sector for 2024. The company's objective is to reach €40 million in global turnover in 2026.
