Harvey Nash, through its Belgian subsidiary Harvey Nash Belgium, announced that it has acquired Belgian IT solutions firm eMenKa.

The acquisition of 100% of eMenKa will require an initial cash consideration of €1 million and a further €1 million deferred cash consideration subject to three-year earnings before interest and tax average performance.

Harvey Nash stated that the acquisition is part of a strategy to strengthen its presence in Northern Europe.

For 2017, eMenKa generated sales of €3.89 million and gross profits of €820,000. The IT solutions company focuses on placing Microsoft specialists in full-time employee and independent contractor roles.

Harvey Nash Chief Executive Officer Albert Ellis commented, “This business will enhance our position as one of the market leaders and fast growing IT solutions businesses in Belgium, creating a larger pool of Microsoft specialists and employees to fulfil growing client demand.”
