Ireland-based staffing firm Grafton Recruitment has entered into a partnership with Lithuanian company BPO House to strengthen its presence in the Baltic countries. BPO House’s recruitment arm, Prime People, will help manage Grafton’s business operations in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Joint operations will be carried out under the Grafton Recruitment brand. The agreement came into effect on 1 March 2013.

The partnership will leverage Grafton’s considerable expertise, brand and know-how and couple that with BPO House’s unparalleled regional market knowledge and business acumen,” said Milan Novák, CEO of Grafton Europe.

Grafton Recruitment has been present in the Baltic countries since 2004 and provides HR and recruitment services to a number of global brands in the region. 

Prime People started HR consulting activities in 2000 with the launch of Lithuania’s first job search portal, www.cv.lt, and also provides recruitment services.
