Netherlands-based Accres HR Solutions announced it has acquired HR-Groep, adding self-employed mediation to its package of HR services.

Financial details were not disclosed.

The acquisition of Netherlands-based HR-Groep is in line with Accres HR Solutions' ambitions to further expand its role as a strategic HR partner. The expansion of the service package with freelance mediation fits in well with the rapid developments in the labour market and with the needs of clients and employees, regardless of the contract form chosen, Accres added.

Accres HR Solutions and HR Group complement each other well, the groups stated.

Both brand names will continue to exist side by side in the market.

Accres HR Solutions specialises in secondment, temporary employment, recruitment, selection and HR advice. Self-employed mediation is the expertise of HR-Groep. The networks of Accres HR Solutions and HR Group do not overlap, which means that the active client base and the number of employed employees / self-employed persons will increase by approximately 75% after the takeover.

Frans van Gerven, CEO of Accres HR Solutions, said, “Thanks to the acquisition of HR-Groep, Accres now also has independent contractor expertise in-house. The well-known short lines of communication used by both companies contribute to the fact that all available expertise is immediately available. Clients, candidates and self-employed candidates will benefit optimally from this.”

Robin van Raamsdonk, former owner of HR-Groep, added, “The takeover brings HR-Groep plenty of opportunities to realise a long-cherished growth ambition. This is possible because with the acquisition by Accres HR Solutions we can now also offer our self-employed clients other specialised services. I will remain actively involved in the new organisation, where I will mainly manage the self-employed services.”
