Digital transformation and disruption expert Charlene Li looks at The Disruption Mindset: Why Some Organizations Transform While Others Fail in an eye-opening keynote that explores the bold leadership and massive cultural transformation that disruption often demands, and the strategic alignment needed to capitalize on change.

Staffing industry leaders Alan Braynin, CEO, Aya Healthcare, Christophe Catoir, President, Adecco Brand Globally, Kate Duchene, CEO, Resources Global Professionals, and Karen Fichuk, CEO, Randstad North America, discuss Leadership in a New World in a keynote panel conversation that explores the impact of the pandemic and how the industry can navigate the road ahead in this new world.

The riveting conversations and important ideas that inform, connect and elevate the global talent marketplace are especially urgent in today’s climate and for what lies ahead in both business and society,” said Barry Asin, SIA President. “Executive Forum North America 2021: New Strategies for a New World provides cutting-edge content and transformative insights that will help staffing leaders transform their business, drive resilient organizations, and advance a future that rises to opportunity.”
