Top Firms Celebrated During Annual Executive Forum
Mountain View, California & London, UK — 02 December 2020 — Winners of the 2020 Best Staffing Firms to Work For UK & Ireland awards were announced today by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions. The winners are being recognised at SIA’s 7th annual Executive Forum Europe, taking place 1-2 December as a virtual event. The 2020 Best Staffing Firms to Work For UK & Ireland awards are sponsored by Pixid.
The winners comprise those companies who scored in the top quartile in each of the contest categories, and the Grand Prize Winners reflect the highest scoring organizations. Outsource UK Limited, a supplier of highly-skilled technology, change and engineering talent to clients within a range of specialist sectors, took the leading spot for UK firms with over 50 employees. i-Pharm Consulting, a firm specialised in Life Sciences staffing, ranked highest for firms up to 50 employees. Sigmar Recruitment, servicing a range of staffing sectors, was the winning firm from Ireland.

The Best Staffing Firms to Work For program is conducted by SIA in conjunction with Quantum Workplace, a Nebraska-based company. Internal employees at each firm were asked to complete an online survey that measured key engagement categories, focusing on items including teamwork, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits. Some of the findings from the survey are covered in SIA’s research content, including in SIA’s interactive Internal Compensation Estimator Tool.

In order to gather statistically sound results, participating companies must have reached a minimum level of employee participation, based on their total number of employees. Companies were ranked in each size category according to their overall score. Winners were chosen based entirely on the survey results. There is no fee for participation and companies completing the survey receive a report highlighting their firm’s results.
