The CCWP program designed for those who are in HR, procurement, MSP solution providers and others who manage corporate contingent labor to expand their expertise and formally validate mastery of the subject. With the rise of alternative sourcing models, contingent workforce management programs and professionals are increasingly seeking to understand and leverage on-demand talent pools and solutions. Toptal brings innovative thought-leadership and extensive experience around the rapid evolution of online staffing and human cloud platforms to CCWP’s increasing scope.
Specifically, Toptal’s expertise in helping clients build robust and trustworthy talent teams, and their management insights around technology, agility and infrastructure in a fast-paced marketplace, will support the expansion of the CCWP program to include Global Freelancing/Remote Work Management content in the CCWP Certification curriculum and extend the program’s knowledge base.

Available as a 2-day in-person course or online class, the CCWP program consists of lectures, training exercises, quizzes and scenarios designed to provide the contingent workforce management skills and knowledge that will translate into success. Following the course, attendees must pass an assessment conducted by SIA within 90 days to become certified.
