SIA Appoints New Research Director Serving the CWS Council

Mountain View, California & London, UK — January 16, 2019 — Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, has recently announced the appointment of Jo Matkin as Global Workforce Solutions Research Director.

“We are delighted to welcome Jo Matkin to the team to lead our research efforts on global market developments across the entire spectrum of workforce solutions including MSP, RPO, VMS and Total Talent Management,” said John Nurthen, SIA’s Executive Director of Global Research.

Matkin brings over a decade of staffing industry experience to the role, including a background in sales, implementation and in organizational leadership of MSP and RPO programs and businesses across government, financial services, engineering and healthcare. Her recent experience includes leading a multi-service RPO/MSP company, and incorporating executive search, employer branding and talent insight into the proposition through the integration of acquired businesses. She was previously a management board member of the Institute for Collaborative Working and secured the first BS11000 accreditation (now ISO44001) in the staffing industry. She remains an advocate of collaborative working as a business discipline.
