SIA Announces Key Appointments

Mountain View, California — February 15, 2019 — Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, has announced several key organizational appointments and promotions within the company, effective immediately, as follows:

Dawn McCartney has been appointed as Vice President of Contingent Workforce Strategies (CWS) Council. In this role, McCartney will lead and oversee SIA’s CWS Council and SIA’s Certification & Training, including the Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP & SOW) accreditation program, and CW Workshops. Previously McCartney, who joined SIA in 2012 and has been an integral part of the SIA team for the past seven years, held the role of Senior Director of Contingent Workforce Strategies & Research. Her ongoing contributions to the rapid development of the CWS Council and her leadership skills will greatly benefit SIA’s continued global growth and expansion in this area of the business.

Peter Reagan has been appointed as Senior Director of Contingent Workforce Strategies & Research. Reagan joined SIA in 2015 and previously held the position of Director of Contingent Workforce Strategies & Research. Reagan will continue to develop and manage the EMEA and APAC regions, and will provide his expertise in the Americas region in key areas. His contributions and focus on CWS Council growth, CCWP/SOW programming, SIA conferences and the extension of research and content will add value across the board as SIA evolves its offerings. 

Kersten Buck has been appointed Vice President, Global Strategic Solutions. A major contributor to SIA’s growth and success, Buck has been a driver of innovation and integration within SIA and across the workforce solutions ecosystem. Previously Buck, who joined SIA in 2011, held the role of Senior Director of Global Strategic Solutions. Known for her expertise, strong commitment to enterprise stakeholders, and strategic vision, Buck’s expanded focus on emerging products augments SIA’s leading reach and impact.
