Executive Forum Europe Looks at a Staffing Industry Emerging from Crisis

Experts Address Implications for the Global Workforce Solutions Ecosystem

London, UK — 4 November 2021 — Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, has confirmed the list of speakers and the full agenda for the 8th annual Executive Forum Europe | Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger: The Staffing Industry Emerging from Crisis, taking place 17 November in London. Executive Forum Europe is an exclusive gathering of CEOs, owners and senior executives from staffing organisations across industry sectors and sizes. This celebrated annual event provides access to experienced industry thinkers, leaders and innovators; new techniques and practices; and advice on market segments for business growth.

SIA’s Executive Director of Global Research John Nurthen will open this year’s conference in a title keynote presentation Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger: The Staffing Industry Emerging from Crisis that delves into a staffing landscape impacted by pre-pandemic shifts, fundamental change and trends that have gained prominence amid global disruption. From automation and the rise of staffing platforms to remote working, skill shortages and equality issues, Nurthen will explore implications for a Post-Covid staffing market, sharing research-driven insights and expertise.

The full-day event includes Facilitated Roundtable discussions, Exhibits, Concurrent Sessions focusing on a range of specific industry interests—including DE&I, Most Attractive Staffing Markets, MSPs & Total Talent, Front Office Software—and crucial industry perspectives.

The Executive Forum Europe concluding keynote panel Omnichannel – Staffing in an Automated World examines the increasingly “omnichannel” environment of today’s workforce solutions ecosystem, with its many opportunities and models for engagement and interaction; and with its varied complexities and potential for disintermediation in age of automation and rapid transformation. SIA’s Peter Reagan, Sr. Director, CWS & Research, will be in conversation with leading European staffing executives Ankur Anand, Regional CIO – Europe, ManpowerGroup, Dinette Koolhaas, SVP & President, Kelly International and Victoria Short, CEO, Randstad UK on what this latest wave of change means for the future of staffing.

John Nurthen commented, “We’re all looking forward to meeting up with senior staffing executives from across Europe and beyond to share experiences and insights after a traumatic and challenging year. With a 24-month hiatus since we have been able to meet up in person, there’s so much to talk about!”.

The Executive Forum will also celebrate the Staffing 100 Europe 2021 honourees, Hall of Fame inductees, and SIA’s Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing during the conference’s Networking Reception.

Executive Forum Europe | Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger: The Staffing Industry Emerging from Crisis will be held 17 November 2021 at the Royal Lancaster London Hotel.
