Chris Paden is the Sr. Director of Contingent Workforce Strategies Council for SIA, with primary responsibilities supporting the CWS Council for the Americas and focused on benchmarking best practices and providing advocacy for the industry while drawing from his direct experience implementing, managing and maturing over a dozen CW programs in his career, including CareFirst BCBS and Constellation Energy.
Chris brings more than 15 years of related experience to his role, along with a diverse and in-depth perspective informed by previous positions in recruiting, workforce development, technology implementation, and contingent labor program management. Having worked for market-leading VMS, MSP and staffing firms, his expertise surrounding best practices comes from hands-on involvement across the full spectrum of the industry. Chris’ passion for innovation is reflected in his approach to solving today’s contingent staffing challenges like direct sourcing, the total talent model and digital transformation.
