ZeroChaos, an Orlando-based staffing firm, announced it acquired Checkpast, a Dallas-based employment screening company. Terms of the transaction were not announced.

Checkpast's services include identity, criminal and financial background checks as well as drug testing. The company will operate as Checkpast a ZeroChaos company.

The Checkpast acquisition was the third recent acquisition for the company -- other acquisitions included a managed service provider and a recruitment process outsourcing firm.
