World – Largest Job Boards ranked

30 March 2015

Staffing Industry Analysts’ today releases its report on the 2015 Largest Job Boards Globally ranked by annual revenue.  We believe that this is the first ranking of its kind as Job Boards are traditionally ranked by other methods such as website traffic and/or numbers of jobs. Aside from the ranking, the report also discusses the latest trends impacting this segment of the employment eco-system.

Job Boards have their origins in the very early days of the internet and have evolved from simple databases to advertise jobs to a new generation of service providers including job aggregators and job distributors; as well as social media giants, such as LinkedIn. Job Board revenue streams have also evolved and the report looks at the range of complementary services available to Job Board clients today.

The report found that the largest Job Boards have an international presence and enjoy market leading positions in a number of countries. But there are still many strong national players that dominate local markets, and also niche Job Boards that effectively target specific worker types; such as executive and senior level appointments.
