VisionIT restructures firm into three brands

March 16, 2015

VisionIT, a managed services and IT staffing provider, announced plans to restructure the company's business operations. The company's businesses will be organized and managed under parent company Vision Information Technologies Inc. and operated as three wholly-owned, individually-branded subsidiaries.

  • VisionIT will provide IT managed services and specialized practices, but is no longer the staffing brand.
  • VisionPRO provides IT staffing and permanent placement companies in the US, under the leadership of Kris Norris, a former Kelly Services executive.
  • Prime Workforce is the firm’s managed services provider brand.

After several years of aggressive organic growth, investments in emerging technologies, and global expansion, the company's leadership team determined a new operational and branding strategy was needed to more effectively represent the size and scope of the Vision Information Technologies Inc. network, according to the company.

"We believe the new branding model will clearly and strongly convey our specialized IT delivery, practices and workforce solutions and more effectively symbolize the depth and breadth of our organization," said founder and CEO David Segura.

Vision Information Technologies overall has revenue of more than $220 million. It counts 1,100 team members with 20 US offices and global operations in the Mexico, Puerto Rico, Canada, Brazil, the Philippines and the UK. VisionIT ranked 23rd on Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2014 list of largest IT staffing firms in the US.
