Medical Staffing Network Healthcare LLC completed its acquisition of Pathway Medical Staffing LLC, a privately held firm based in Skillman, N.J., that provides nurse case management staffing.

“This acquisition will allow MSN and its wholly owned subsidiary company, Optimal Workforce Solutions LLC, to catapult its service offerings to existing and new clients,” said MSN Chairman and CEO Bob Bunker.

“Our nation’s hospitals and health plans will now have access to a nationwide database of over 50,000 quality healthcare professionals including highly experienced nurse case managers,” Banker said. “Further, this deal strengthens our value proposition by allowing us to help our clients improve quality outcomes and manage their financial risks. Pathway’s superior national brand and its excellent management team will remain intact.”
