Atterro Human Capital Group, a Minneapolis-based staffing provider, acquired Houston-based National ProSource and its offshoot, Technical ProSource, according to an announcement from acquisition advisor De Bellas & Co., who advised the seller.

The transaction closed last month; terms were not disclosed.

“This is an exciting acquisition that will allow us to become a force in the world of IT recruiting and offer a new service level to our current clients,” said Atterro President and CEO Clay Morel.

The National ProSource and Technical ProSource brands will remain for the time being and Sal Rampelli, vice president of National ProSource, will remain with the company.

Technical ProSource had revenue of more than $10 million, and has provided IT professionals in Texas since 1989.

Atterro last year acquired The Eastridge Group of Staffing Companies’ Houston operations.

Atterro ranked No. 66 on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest U.S. staffing firms in 2012.
