Adecco Group is combining its Beeline MSP and Adecco Solutions business lines into a unified global managed service provider and recruitment process outsourcing organization. The new organization’s name will be Pontoon.

Beeline’s vendor management system operation will keep the Beeline brand and operate independently within the Adecco Group.

The combination of Beeline MSP and Adecco Solutions will be complete by December 2012.

Adecco Solutions ranked as the largest MSP in terms of global spend, at $8.6 billion, in the “2012 VMS and MSP Supplier Competitive Landscape” report by Staffing Industry Analysts.

Mike Wachholz will serve as global president of Pontoon. Nicole Burth will become CFO of Pontoon; Burth currently serves as CFO of Adecco Solutions.

Doug Leeby will continue in his role as president of Beeline VMS, and Raluca Thiers will continue as CFO of Beeline VMS.
