Resource Solutions, a recruitment process outsourcing firm headquartered in the UK, will open a global service center in Jacksonville, Fla., to serve North America. The company aims to have employees working in Jacksonville in January and plans to open the service center this spring. The firm plans to employ more than 75 people in three years.

The center will provide recruitment outsourcing services such as business analysis, interview scheduling, recruitment administration, business and market intelligence.

Resource Solutions currently has teams on site in New York. As part of Robert Walters Group, it has a presence in New York and San Francisco.

Resource Solutions operates from a network of 24 countries globally. It manages a recruitment budget of more than $3.5 billion on behalf of clients, hiring more than 20,000 employees for them annually.
