A new recruitment firm, Ardent4, specialising in facilities management and construction recruitment launches this month and is a part of the Cordant Group.

The new recruitment company will open in Birmingham and it will recruit for a variety of permanent and contract positions in the facilities management sector nationwide, incorporating technical and soft services. Roles in technical services include HVAC (heating, ventilating, and air conditioning) engineers and technical directors, among other positions. Soft service roles will include positions such as contracts managers, business development managers, housekeeping supervisors, cleaning managers and site managers. 

Ardent4 opens as the UK faces skills shortages within the construction sector this year.
