TrueBlue Inc. (NYSE: TBI), the Tacoma WA-based industrial staffing company, promoted Noel Wheeler to executive VP of operations. Wheeler previously served as CEO at its CLP Resources division, which provides skilled tradespeople to the construction industry.

Wheeler will oversee the operational performance and growth of all TrueBlue brands. He has four decades of experience in the staffing business.

TrueBlue also named Frank Troppe as president of CLP Resources to fill the vacancy created by Wheeler's promotion. In addition, the company promoted David Pearson to president of PlaneTechs, TrueBlue's supplier of maintenance personnel to the airline industry.
