TriNet names chief technology officer, software development VP

March 09, 2015

TriNet Group Inc. (NYSE: TNET), the fourth-largest US professional employer organization, appointed Craig Flower as chief technology officer, a new position. The San Leandro, Calif.-based company also named Sateesh Chilukuri as VP of software development. Both appointments took effect March 2.

Flower previously held management positions for nearly 20 years at Hewlett-Packard Co., most recently as senior VP and chief information officer.

Chilukuri replaces Madhukhar Govindaraju, who is no longer with the company. He previously held executive roles in product development and engineering at technology companies, most recently at Lithium and prior to that at Intuit, where he worked for more than 10 years.

“TriNet’s clients are innovative, cutting-edge and constantly advancing,” said President and CEO Burton Goldfield. “As their HR partner, it is our imperative to deliver high value products and services. By investing in state-of-the-art technology and hiring the best professionals in the industry, we further enhance our ability to provide small and medium-sized businesses with high-performing HR solutions that allow them to focus on growing their businesses.”
