The SR Group, headquartered in London, now has operations in the US with its acquisition of Maximum Management Corp., a boutique HR recruitment company based in New York.

The transaction closed Jan. 1; terms were not disclosed.

The Maximum Management brand will remain and continue to be run by founders Melissa Brophy and Nancy Shield. The deal allows both Maximum Management and SR Group’s specialist HR recruitment brand, Frazer Jones, to better serve international clients and senior HR candidates across their global markets.
