The Texas Enterprise Fund is providing $2.4 million to help pave the way for Automatic Data Processing Inc. (NASD: ADP) to expand its operations in El Paso, Texas, Gov. Rick Perry’s office announced. ADP’s $22 million capital investment in El Paso will create 585 jobs.

ADP ranks as the second-largest professional employer organization in the U.S. The Roseland, N.J.-based company also has other nonstaffing business lines such as payroll services.
