TechTeam Global announced that CFO Marc Lichtman will leave. Lichtman will remain with the company through Aug. 15 unless it finds a new CFO before that time.

TechTeam also said it hired Peter Keane to serve as director of business process improvement for its Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Keane was previously managed service center director at Unisys for that company's Europe, Middle East and Africa division.

TechTeam is a Southfield MI-based information technology services and staffing company.
