TechTeam Global Inc. (NASD: TEAM) acquired Onvaio LLC, a Los Gatos CA-based company that provides technical support outsourcing through its Manila, Philippines, subsidiary Onvaio Asia Services Inc. TechTeam also said it's bringing onboard Onvaio's founders as part of a plan to create an Asia and Latin America business unit.

Onvaio's founders include Kamran Sokhanvari, president and CEO and Armin Pressler, president and chief operating officer.

Onvaio had revenue of $1.7 million in 2007.

TechTeam is a Southfield MI-based information technology services and staffing company.
