The Austin TX-based company operates in the U.S. and China. It posted revenue of $8.8 million in 2009 including almost $7.9 million in employee leasing revenue.

"We decided to change our name to better reflect our core business and our international focus," CEO Jeremy Stobie said in a press release. "We believe that our new brand is a positive, simple, representation of our business and our strategic goals."

The company is also increasing its amount of authorized common stock to 950.0 million from 50.0 million.
