Staffing firm names former Adecco exec as CEO

December 15, 2014

International staffing firm NES Global Talent appointed former Adecco executive Tig Gilliam as CEO. Gilliam had served as interim CEO at NES since May 2014; the company announced the new appointment last week.

Gilliam previously served as operating partner at private equity firm AEA Investors, which acquired NES in 2012. He was CEO of Adecco Group North America prior to taking the AEA role.

“Having had the opportunity to work with the NES Global Talent team in an interim capacity, I am very pleased to now be able to join the company full-time,” Gilliam said. “The acute and growing skills shortage in many engineering and technical disciplines drives strong demand for our services.”

NES has a global network of more than 40 offices in 28 countries. It also has regional centers in Manchester, UK; Dubai; Singapore; Perth, Australia; and Houston.

The company provides staffing to the oil and gas, power and infrastructure, chemicals, life sciences, transportation and utilities sectors.
