Staffing 360 Solutions Inc. (OTCBB: STAF) appointed Jeff Mitchell as CFO. Mitchell previously served as CFO of AWG International Water Corp. (OTCBB: AWGI) from 2012 to 2014, and Command Center Inc. (OTCBB: CCNI) from 2010 to 2012.

Mitchell also served as the CFO of Select Staffing from 2005 to 2010, during which time Select Staffing completed over 40 acquisitions in the staffing industry as part of its M&A strategy, which contributed $1.3 billion in revenue.

“Jeff Mitchell is a distinguished CFO whose considerable experience in the staffing industry is a major development as he joins our growing team,” said Executive Chairman Brendan Flood. “We believe that his experience leading over 40 acquisitions in the staffing sector will help accelerate the execution of our consolidation strategies, both in the U.S. and internationally.”

A.J. Cervantes had been serving as interim CFO and remains vice chairman and president.

“Jeff really represents the last piece of the puzzle to building a world-class management team to execute our global M&A strategy,” Cervantes said.

Earlier this month, co-CEO Allan Hartley stepped down to assume the role of president at Slate Professional Resources Inc. Staffing 360 Solutions also made other changes and additions to its senior management team.
