Rebecca Callahan, president of SourceRight Solutions, has been elected global chair of the HR Outsourcing Association (HROA), according to an announcement made today by SourceRight Solutions and its parent company, Randstad.

Beginning Jan. 1, 2012, Callahan will serve a two-year term as chair, leveraging her experience to carry out the association’s mission of improving human outsourcing for employees and employers worldwide.

“I look forward to working with the HROA to drive education and innovation as our industry evolves to address the demands of a changing global talent marketplace,” Callahan said.

Also joining Callahan on the association’s leadership team will be Kevin McDonald of the E.W. Scripps Company as vice chair and Michael Andrus of Catholic Health Initiatives as secretary and treasurer.

The HROA is an independent organization for those who purchase, provide or participate in human resources outsourcing.
