Source2, a Winter Park, Fla.-based staffing provider, reported third-quarter revenue rose 10.8 percent to $4.2 million from $3.8 million in the same period last year.

However, third-quarter gross margin slipped to 20.9 percent from 23.2 percent in the year-ago quarter.

The company posted net income of $94,860, up from $32,801 in the third quarter of 2011.
