Snelling Staffing Services, a Dallas-based staffing provider, named Keith Clark as general counsel.

Clark most recently spent nearly seven years as chief legal officer, CCO and COO at a publicly traded health and fitness firm. However, he began his practice at the Dallas office of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer and Feld. Clark also spent more than 10 years working with businesses to develop and expand franchising opportunities.

“Keith’s legal expertise, paired with his franchising and business experience, makes him an excellent fit for Snelling,” President and CEO David Allen said.
