SK3 Group Inc. (OTCBB: SKTO.PK) has acquired PRN Registry, a nurse and therapist staffing firm based in Los Angeles and serving Southern California. The acquisition marks SK3's first foray into the staffing industry. SK3 plans to acquire more companies to widen its reach in healthcare services, the company said.

PRN had acquired last year a nurse registry based in Southern California and recently announced plans to expand into Northern California; it is a Joint Commission-certified temporary healthcare staffing agency providing personnel to serve in the healthcare field.
