Total compensation for the two highest-paid executives at a group of U.S. publicly traded staffing firms rose by 24.9 percent in 2010, according to a new report done on behalf of Staffing Industry Analysts by Equilar, an executive compensation research firm.

Median total compensation for the group was $1.02 million.
