Randstad Changes IT, Finance Leadership

November 23, 2011

Randstad US Professionals consolidated leadership for its technology and finance/accounting staffing divisions in the wake of its acquisition earlier this year of SFN Group Inc., the seventh-largest staffing firm in the U.S.

Brendan Courtney will now serve as president of Randstad US’ finance/accounting business, which includes Randstad Finance & Accounting, Randstad Human Resources and The Mergis Group. Courtney previously served as president of The Mergis Group, which had been part of SFN.

Steve McMahan — who previously served as president of Randstad Finance & Accounting and Randstad Human Resources — is taking on the role of executive vice president of corporate services at Randstad US Professionals.

In addition, Randstad US Professionals tapped Robert Dickey as executive vice president of technologies. Dickey will also keep the title of president of Randstad Technologies, an information technology staffing division formerly known as Sapphire. However, the new role will add responsibilities over Technisource and B2B Workforce, two divisions acquired through Randstad’s buy of SFN.

Randstad US Professionals is part of Randstad Holding NV, one of the world’s largest staffing firms.
