The Bartech Group, a Livonia MI-based staffing firm, named David Barfield as president of Bartech Workforce Management and senior VP of the Bartech Group. Bartech Workforce Management is a managed service provider.

Barfield joined the Bartech Group in 1995 and also serves on the boards of Cleary University, the American Scoiety of Employers, and the Ronald McDonald House of Ann Arbor MI. He began his career at Xerox Corp. in 1988.
