Premier Alliance Group Inc. (OTCBB: PIMO.OB) announced it struck a tentative deal to acquire Intronics Solutions LLC, an Overland Park KS-based information technology staffing firm.

Premier aims to complete the acquisition by April 30. The deal must be approved by both companies' boards and a due diligence must also be completed among other requirements for the sale to close.

Privately held Intronics posted revenue of $4 million in its most recent fiscal year, according to Premier.
