Paul Buonaiuto was named CEO of Candidates on Demand Group Inc., a New York-based search firm. Buonaiuto was previously a practice head at CDI Corp. (NYSE: CDI).

Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) named three new executives to its Frankfurt, Germany, office. They include Christian Groh, who will serve as senior client partner in the global financial market, and Andreas Jager and Stefan Munch. Both Jager and Munch will serve as client partners in the global financial market. All three come to Korn/Ferry from Edward W. Kelley and Partners.
