Westaff Inc. (NASD: WSTF) hired Jerel Keith as VP of national sales, Cheri Cross as VP of sales for its South/East region and Julie Ferguson as area VP of the Rocky Mountain region. All three executives previously had staffing industry experience at Corestaff Services, Keith as regional VP, Cross as VP of sales and Ferguson as regional VP.

The Nelson Family of Companies promoted G. Scott Bishop to senior VP of its Nelson Technology staffing unit. Bishop joined the Nelson Family of Companies in 2005 as its Northern Region VP.
