Here are recent promotions, new hires and other personnel announcements made by staffing firms. Today’s listings include changes at Seven Step RPO, The Judge Group, Accountable Healthcare Holdings Corp., OpTech, CTPartners and Millennium Search:

Seven Step RPO, a Boston-based recruitment process outsourcing firm, added Krista Williams as a strategic director to oversee client delivery teams. Williams previously was senior business relationship manager of talent acquisition at CVS Caremark. Prior to that, Williams was the corporate HR manager and corporate recruiter for apparel retailer J. Jill.

The Judge Group, a Philadelphia-based staffing provider, promoted Jared Rakes to executive vice president, responsible for Judge’s technology consulting and solutions group and its human capital management division. Rakes joined The Judge Group in 2012 as a managing director for the company’s management consulting practice.

Accountable Healthcare Holdings Corp., a Boca Raton, Fla.-based healthcare staffing provider, announced Area Director Richard Norris will return to Melbourne, Fla., to open a new office after overseeing Accountable's expansion into South Florida for the past year. Prior to joining AHS, Norris was the Central Florida area manager for Medical Staffing Network and a training specialist at Adecco Staffing.

OpTech, a Troy, Mich.-based information technology and engineering staffing provider, appointed Mari Jo Dreshar as senior talent acquisition specialist. Dreshar previously was senior technical recruiter at Genesis10 and consultant/talent acquisition specialist at Xede Consulting Group.

Millennium Search, a Charlotte, N.C.-based executive search firm, announced Kyle Misiak joined the company as senior executive recruiter, based out of Detroit, Mich. Misiak has managed more than 200 service agents and managers, and brings recruiting experience across IT, engineering, manufacturing and operations practice areas.

CTPartners Executive Search Inc. (NYSE MKT: CTP) announced Jim Aslaksen and Andy Talkington will join the firm as vice chairmen and co-leaders of the industrial practice. Aslaksen will be based in the Chicago office and Talkington in Houston. Aslaksen and Talkington come to CTPartners from a major search firm, where they were co-global sector leaders, chemicals.
