People: Randstad, MSX, Synergy, Global Employment, Strategic Talent, Nagler, Mee Derby

Managed service provider Randstad Sourceright appointed Chad Sowash as director of veteran recruiting for the company’s diversity and compliance center of expertise. Sowash has 20 years of military experience, and he previously worked for Online Career Center, the precursor to Monster.com.

MSX International announced Tanvir Arfi joined its advisory board. Arfi most recently was president and CEO of Robert Bosch’s Automotive Service Solutions business. Previously, he was a division president at SPX Corp., held senior leadership roles at Cessna Aircraft/Textron, and was an adjunct faculty of mechanical engineering at Wichita State University.

Synergy Services appointed Kimball Norup as senior VP of marketing and alliances. He previously was VP and general manager of the western region for MBO Partners. Norup has also held leadership positions including senior VP and general manager at Collabrus; chief marketing officer of Collabrus, and parent company M Squared Consulting; and senior VP of marketing for the Nelson Family of companies and WorkForceLogic.

Global Employment Solutions, a professional staffing provider based in Littleton, Colo., announced Patrick Jehu joined the company as executive VP of national accounts. Jehu most recently was a partner within Accenture’s communications, media and technology practice.

Strategic Talent, a professional staffing and recruitment management firm in Massachusetts, promoted Michelle Pasqual to president from director. She joined the firm in 2011 as a director. Pasqual previously was the founder and president of 2M Staffing and Career Coaching.

The Nagler Group promoted Maura Mann to VP. Nagler provides administrative and human resource staffing services in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Mee Derby, a niche staffing firm specializing in placing professionals in staffing, professional services and workforce management industries, added Anne Finn to its team. Finn spent 11 years at Randstad, most recently as national director of internal recruiting.
