Lucas Group, an Atlanta-based executive search firm, promoted Sara Takieddine Luther to managing partner and branch lead for the company’s new office in Cincinnati. Luther joined Lucas Group in 2006 and most recently worked in HR recruitment services at the firm’s Houston office.

The Judge Group, a Philadelphia-based staffing provider, promoted Brad Gabriel to director of its Minneapolis office. Gabriel joined The Judge Group in 2014 as a senior recruiter and most recently was a senior account executive, targeting IT services for financial services and home healthcare clients.

AC Lordi, an accounting and risk management consulting and executive search firm, announced Matthew Miades joined the firm as principal in its risk management service line. Miades will lead the IT audit practice and expand the service offering into IT consulting. Miades most recently was a partner in the Philadelphia office of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Franklin, Tenn.-based Ryan Search & Consulting appointed Michele Christy as operations manager. She will direct the day-to-day efforts of the five-year-old firm. Christy joined Ryan Search in 2011 as a retained executive search manager. Prior to joining Ryan Search, Christy was a retained executive recruiter with The Human Capital Group.

McCormack & Farrow, a retained executive search firm headquartered in Costa Mesa, Calif., announced Senior Partner Brad Yates will manage its new Mountain West office in Pocatello, Idaho. He will also oversee continuing business relationships with a number of the firm's technology and food industry clients.
