Futurestep, a division of Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), announced the appointment of Jaishankar “Jai” Adhinarayanan as vice president of its Global Service Management Centers. Adhinarayanan joins Futurestep from Risesmart in India, where he headed service delivery for the India Center.

Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY) announced that Richard Antoine joined its global board and CEO services practice as a senior advisor on CEO and C-suite succession planning. Antoine was most recently president of AO Consulting, a human resources consulting firm. Previously, Antoine had served as global head of human resources at Procter & Gamble.

Executive search firm Odgers Berndtson announced Glenn Stevens and Rachel Schultz have joined the firm in New York as partners in the financial services practice. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Stevens was managing director at The Gerson Group, a financial services recruitment firm, prior to joining Odgers Berndtson. Schultz was a director and founding member of The Gerson Group.

The Training Associates, a provider of trainers on demand, hired Art Sharkey as human resources manager. Sharkey’s responsibilities will include planning and directing programs for all human resources areas. He has more than 25 years’ experience as a human resources professional. Most recently, he served as site manager, human resources, for the Rohm and Haas Co. in Marlborough, Mass.
