Here are recent promotions, new hires and other personnel announcements made by staffing firms. Today’s listings include announcements from IQNavigator, Peoplefluent, The Buller Group, Allied Healthcare Staffing, Parallon Workforce Solutions and CTPartners.

IQNavigator, a vendor management system and managed services provider, announced Eric Riddle joined the company as executive vice president of sales and marketing. Riddle most recently served as general manager, Europe, and head of global sales at PrimeRevenue Inc.

Peoplefluent, a vendor management system provider, appointed Chauncey Kupferschmid as senior vice president of sales and business development. Kupferschmid most recently spent 10 years as chief sales officer and executive vice president of global sales and business development at SilkRoad.

The Buller Group LLC, a Herndon, Va.-based recruiting firm that specializes in providing U.S. security-cleared personnel, appointed James Monastero as executive vice president and president of its Cleared Human Capital Solutions business unit. Monastero most recently was an advisory principal with Ernst & Young.

Bethesda, Md.-based Alliant Healthcare Staffing hired Jillian Bushner as regional director to launch its brand in the Midwest region. The company is expanding its footprint in Ohio, Wisconsin, Michigan, Kentucky and Pennsylvania. Bushner previously held positions at Alliance Staffing Solutions, Medical Staffing Network and HealthSource.

Healthcare staffing provider Parallon Workforce Solutions announced Michael Mattes will lead its first Wisconsin-based branch, in Milwaukee. Before joining Parallon, Mattes founded Contemporary Medical Staffing Inc. and provided staffing services to healthcare facilities for 14 years.

Executive search firm CTPartners (NYSE MKT: CTP) announced Robert Wilder will join the firm as managing partner of Middle East and North Africa. Wilder joins the firm from Spencer Stuart and will be based in CTPartners’ Dubai office. CTPartners also announced the promotions of 11 consultants. Promoted to vice chairman are: Ernest Brittingham, Columbia; Michael DeSimone, Washington; and Robert Voth, Cleveland. Promoted to managing partner are: Loran Kaminsky, Redwood Shores, Calif.; and Tom Koch, Irvine. Promoted to partner are: Manisha Deva, Singapore; and Anne-Hermine Nicolas, Paris. Promoted to principal are: Michael Banks, New York; Matthew Healey, New York; Raj Kapoor, New York; and Peter Mansell-Jones, London.
