CompuGain, an IT solutions firm that also provides staffing, announced Mark Nugent as president of its professional services division. Nugent has more than 21 years of professional services experience in the technology and business arena. Prior to CompuGain, Nugent was regional vice president of a leading IT services firm for 11 years.

Spencer Stuart, the international executive recruiting firm, announced that Isvaldo “Issy” Perez, Jr. has joined the Dallas office of the firm as a consultant in the firm’s consumer goods and services, and marketing officer practices. He will recruit senior-level executives for clients in the consumer packaged goods, consumer durables and retail industries. Perez comes to Spencer Stuart with more than 25 years of senior-level experience in the consumer packaged goods industry. Most recently, he was group vice president of sales innovation at Frito-Lay.
